New capabilities with the release of Confluent Platform 6.0 make Apache Kafka more cloud-native with greater elasticity, improved cost-effectiveness, infinite data retention, and global availability. Pure Storage worked to certify Unified File and Object Storage platform, FlashBlade, as Confluent's first on-prem object store.
