ERGs help drive community outreach.

In addition to building community inside of Pure Storage, our ERGs play a key role in connecting ERG members with volunteer opportunities outside of Pure Storage with the help of the Pure Good Foundation.

Encouraging employees to “go do good” is a cornerstone of Pure Good.

Through projects locally and globally, we’re empowering our employees and nonprofit partners to build a better world.
