IDC interviewed seven organisations about their experiences using Pure Storage FlashArrays to support enterprise applications from SAP SE (hereafter referred to as SAP). Organisations tell IDC that after transitioning these workloads to Pure Storage FlashArrays, they realized significantly improved storage performance and increased productivity on the part of both IT personnel and developers and are enjoying significantly lower costs. IDC calculated that these participating organisations will achieve an average annual net benefit of $4.06 million per organisation ($167,881 per 100 Pure Storage users), which would lead to a three-year return on investment (ROI) of 472%.
