Scale-Out Storage

Scale-out storage architectures enable a storage pool to scale performance and capacity simultaneously by adding incremental storage nodes that offer a combination of processing, memory, and disk capacity.

For unstructured data, FlashBlade provides a scale-out storage platform designed specifically for files, objects, and containers. FlashBlade combines proprietary hardware with software, allowing users to increase compute and storage linearly while maintaining the performance needed for cloud-scale environments.
