Ethics, conduct, integrity, honesty… these can be just words on a page. At Pure, we mean them - every single one - and endeavor to embody them in everything we do. Because when we act with integrity, foster and demonstrate honesty, conduct ourselves in the best way possible, and ensure we act ethically, we are being the best Puritans we can be. When we are at our best, we are successful.

But sometimes, people don’t behave at their best. It happens. That is why we created our Code of Conduct - to provide you with guidelines and expectations for Puritan behavior.

And if something does happen, we need to know. We want you to tell us if you’re facing an ethical or legal dilemma. We want you to tell us if you believe a violation of any law, regulation, or policy has occurred. We really do need to know.

It’s not always easy to share your concerns, especially with and about fellow Puritans. We know that, too. That is why we’ve created several ways for you to ask questions, express concern, or if needed, submit a report.

First line is your manager, organizational leadership, or HR. You can also contact Pure’s Compliance Officer at complianceofficer@purestorage.com. We want you to feel comfortable doing this, which is why we have a zero tolerance policy for retaliation. These are all safe places.

We know that sometimes you aren't comfortable reporting concerns to your manager or HR. So we’ve partnered with Convercent where you can do just that. You can call or text the numbers here or you can submit info directly through the forms on this page. In some situations and locations, you may be able report anonymously. Convercent will let us know about your issue so we can look into the matter and take whatever action is required. You can also use this tool as a place to go to check on the status of your report and our corresponding actions.
